. . . my son asked me to paint a portrait of his girlfriend’s dachshund for a Christmas present! I had just retired and was beginning to paint again after years of working as a graphic designer and writer. We’re a pet-centric family of dog lovers, so I said YES immediately!
The finished painting of that pint-sized, long-haired dachshund* was such a hit it spawned an idea: why not offer this as a service?
